Who are we?
We are a multi-racial, multi-class, multi-generational, geographically diverse cohort of Jews and allies who educate, organize, and advocate for racial justice nationally and in our local communities. We are educators, researchers, facilitators, clergy/communal ritual leaders and organizers who deeply understand that the collective liberatory potential of a movement for racial justice is weakened by the lack of including Jews in an intersectional agenda of racial justice and a lack of understanding in both Jewish and non-Jewish spaces of how antisemitism is used to uphold existing power structures.
For years in different spaces and configurations, we have been innovating educational frameworks and organizing approaches that include understanding and fighting antisemitism as part of a strategy to eliminate racism and bring about true racial equity, justice, and belonging.
